OPINION: NO AMOUNT OF KILLINGS THAT WILL DIVIDE NIGERIA

BOKO HARAM DESTROYED NORTH AND NIGERIA DID NOT DIVIDE, EAST ON THE LINE WITHOUT PURPOSE AND PRECISION

The mindset of many IPOB members is ‘let us destroy Nigeria once and for all. However, little did they know they are destroying their lands for nothing because their is no Nigeria to be destroyed. Boko Haram began to bomb police stations and checkpoints- it was a triumphant beginning until it was hijacked by an international terrorist organization. The rest became history. What doesn’t affect the government affects nobody- you can kill as many as you deem necessary as long as government is still in place, after all, it’s not a new problem, governments around the globe face same problem. You will eventually get tired, accept amnesty, tamed or defeated.

Be guided properly; I am not against the ruin, but, I am saying, we ruin this region for no reason. It amazes me that if I ask unknown gun men what we are raiding security personnel for, I won’t be able to get any answer. We cause the deaths of our people for nothing. Our people should die for a purpose worth dying for. I can’t promote a futile and headless fight- a fight not defined or coordinated and without precision for a ‘worthwhile’ purpose. I would support this fight if the military is repelled squarely- especially if they come to slaughter. Hit and run and hit elsewhere while soldiers slaughter victims is an eyesore. We must also spell out our purpose and actively embrace the purpose.

Nnamdi Kanu has found himself under pressure and frustration is taking the better of him, because, there is a head the cap fits and knowing he can’t do it, he is now sincerely doing nothing- not even doing anything based on trial and error. He is a man that lacks intelligence; whose mouth was able to give fame. If there is a test for substance; Nnamdi Kanu won’t be close to the demand. We have a situation police stations and check points are being raided; after raiding police stations and checkpoints, the question still begging for answer remains ‘what next? We all know he has no capacity to execute it; why then is he shaming it?

Most IPOB members are insinuating that federal government of Nigeria would call IPOB for negotiation aftermath of the deteriorating security situation. That is the mindset of a failure. They keep expecting miracles without a strategy. Unknown gun men are raiding stations and checkpoints and because of that, IPOB members believe Biafra will be given to us. It appears more like most IPOB members are suffering from typhoid that has affected their brains. Their sympathizers also allowed emotion take the better of them- thus, forfeiting reason and consequences.

Boko Haram started with a demand unlike what is happening in the East. They began to attack police and military formations and are now fully fledged terrorist organization, however, not their making or intention. East will become worse because unknown gun men and ESN are too cowardly to show their faces or claim responsibility- giving room for easy hijacking by politicians or terror organizations of interest. Kidnappers and armed robbers will quickly step in because whatsoever happens will be attributed to unknown gun men. There is a space the security situation left- anybody can hide under unknown gun men or ESN and target preys. What a tactless action!

Boko Haram got frustrated after the killing of their leader and began to attack some parts of Northern Nigeria- unfortunately, government is functioning, allocations are flowing in, everything is moving fine except the situation of the poor masses. Unknown gun men will kill police and army; government will still be in place, allocations coming in, and the rich getting richer while the poor suffer consequences of their actions. Rivers state has declared curfew, who will suffer the consequences? The people will suffer and in the end, unknown gun men and their sister groups will find out they have all wasted their time.

Eastern Nigeria is known for peace and history has proven that any violence in the East is always strategic and towards a worthy objective. The North and West continued to envy the East because we approach things with precision. In 1967; there was violence in Eastern Nigeria and it was violence worthy of embrace. After 1970, the violence ended and we embraced peace and consequences of the violence until 1999 when Uwazurike resurrected the violence he believes can be approached peacefully. Violence must be precise and towards an objective. What I see today is sheer frustration from shameless lots.

Today; the West and North are looking at how the mentality monster has fallen. From strategic violence to self-destructing violence and there is no reshaping in sight. Nigeria is divided into three major tribes; Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo. Hausa has been facing destruct of their region while West has experienced minimal or constrained violence. Igbo is in the line and facing their horror; but there is Igbo adage that says ‘Oke soro ngwere ma mmiri, mgbe oga ako ngwere abuhi mgbe oga ako oke’ which translates- if a lizard gets drenched with a rat, when the lizard gets rid of its wet body is not when the rat will do same.

There is no senseless and time-wasting venture as making your region porous without a purpose. North is watching and licking their lips. West is laughing and rejoicing they are the one left. Government is taking advantage of it while Nnamdi Kanu is scavenging with the situation. In the end; the masses will pay and they are already paying for it. You go to Owerri and hit police station and run away; army stormes the place and kill residents. You go again to another location and raid a checkpoint; army storms and people suffer losses. What is the gain or objective?

Boko Haram are busy bombing their region while Nigeria is busy selling oil and government functioning. Unknown gun men are busy stoking flames; government is busy focusing on governance and selling oil. Nnamdi Kanu is sending out his boys to cause problems, government is still pocketing everything ‘pocket-able’. Who is losing? Nigeria did not divide because Boko Haram bombed the North and Nigeria will not divide because some boys are raiding police/army check points and stations. You can waste your time for now; later on, you will come back to the drawing board. There is only- one gateway to BIAFRA!

In contrast; economic sabotage is more reasonable than Boko and unknown gum men wasting their time for religious reason and the later for frustration. You can deal with your region the way you want; bomb it, burn it down, as long as the government is intact and flourishing, nobody cares. When you are tired; you lay down your weapons and take amnesty like it has always been. If you refuse to take amnesty, then, you can go to hell and burn to ashes as long as government is functioning and economy booming. Go and vandalize pipelines; it would be profitable.

We Will Avenge The Death Of Fulani’s In Southeast – Miyetti Allah Declares

We Will Avenge the Death of Our Members, Miyetti Allah Tells Killers of Herdsmen in Southeast

Miyetti Allah has claimed that some militants killed about 50 northern herdsmen residing in the southeast.

The cattle breeders’ association said it is planning to launch a revenge move on the criminals.

The association also called on the federal government to step up its game in flushing out armed bandits in the region.

The Miyetti Allah on Thursday, April 29, vowed to avenge the killing of herdsmen in Igboland by some wanted militants.

A spokesman of the herders’ association, Saleh Alhassan, on Thursday said members of the proscribed southeast militia group will pay dearly for the mindless massacre of not less than 50 herdsmen recently, Punch reports.

Miyetti Allah has called on the federal government to flush out criminals from Igboland,  Alhassan in his words: “So far, more than 50 herders have been killed in the South-East in the last one month, we have the record and the Igbo terrorists led by Nnamdi Kanu will pay for everybody they killed.

“It is unfortunate that they have forgotten history, how we saved a lot of Igbos in the North during the civil war but now they are killing our people. They are making a grievous mistake. We will take necessary steps both legal and cultural steps to avenge the killings of our members.

” As he called on the federal government to deal with the destructive elements in the region, the spokesman applauded security agencies for killing a principal member of the militant group, Commander Ikonso. He said: “The security agencies should intensify efforts in dealing with all those terrorists killing Fulani herders, burning police stations, prisons and destroying institutions in the southeast.”

Meanwhile, the All Progressives Congress (APC) had said that it would not fold its hands while insurgents try to turn Imo state into a killing field. This position from the ruling party was in reaction to the recent attacks on the state which climaxed in the razing of Governor Hope Uzodinma’s country residence in Omuma village. In a tweet on Monday, April 26, John Akpanudoedehe, the national secretary of the caretaker/extraordinary convention planning, said the APC was still in amazement over the dangerous and gruesome development in the state.

BIAFRANS MUST NEVER KILL THEMSELVES – DEFACTO GOVERNMENT

Uche Mefor, Defacto Government Head of Media

BIAFRANS MUST NOT BE THE ONES TO WILFULLY SPILL BIAFRAN BLOOD ON BIAFRAN SOIL

We shall continue to state the obvious:

War is the last undesirable option for us, Biafrans. We should boldly and courageously profess this but must not run away if one is brought to us due to no fault of ours. Even at that, we must choose carefully and wisely too.

Biafra agitators shouldn’t be the ones to bring war or violence to Biafraland against their own. They shouldn’t be the ones to wilfully spill Biafran blood on Biafran soil. This is because the consequences could be divisive, colossal and unintendedly indeterminate in terms of its reprisal, ricocheting effects.

As other parts of Nigeria are imploding, Biafraland must be insulated from it and protected by Biafrans themselves because of our unique experiences in the past. Let this ugly history not repeat itself again in our time. The war of the 1960’s was unprepared as it was brought to us but that generation fought gallantly and made their marks regardless because they consulted, collaborated and overwhelmingly agreed within the limited time left for them.

This time around, we must not be the ones to rush into the unprepared war or hostility ourselves unless brought to us like in the 60’s in which case we would be forced to defend ourselves. Still, it remains an expensive venture——must not be done unilaterally (if success is to be assured), rather it should be a collective endeavour. Humanitarian considerations, air, land and sea access and defensive strategies must be brought into immediate and reasonable purview of contemplatiion. And with the uncertainty and its inevitability increasingly stares the Nigerian state in the face, our own priorities should also be to equip ourselves, conserve energy and what we have and not the other way round. Be vigilant, consult, collaborate, synergize , wait for any eventual aggression by the enemy aggressors and not us to be the ones to be destabilising Biafraland and killing Biafrans of any shape with impunity as we see it today. That is a self-destructive strategy and tactics that must be discouraged , changed and jettisoned.

Tyson announces Sept date for Lewis fight

April 29, 2021

Mike Tyson has revealed that he would fight Lennox Lewis later this year.

After failing to come to terms on a trilogy fight with Evander Holyfield, Mike Tyson turned his attention to another former rival in the form of Lennox Lewis.

Tyson, who returned to the ring last year for an exhibition bout against Roy Jones Jr, had made it clear that he hoped to continue fighting and while all signs pointed to a third clash against Holyfield, a deal could not be done.

Holyfield will instead take on Kevin McBride in an exhibition match over the summer, while Tyson revealed that he would be back in the ring in September.

Speaking to TMZ Sports this week, Tyson confirmed that a rematch with Lewis is a done deal although an exact date and venue have yet to be announced.

Lewis knocked Tyson out when they shared the ring in 2002, after the latter told Lewis that he wanted to “eat his children” and the pair engaged in an infamous pre-fight brawl.

OPINION: NNAMDI KANU’S BIAFRA IS FAKE!

April 29, 2021

BY ONWUASOANYA FCC JONES

IPOB leaders are relying on propaganda and outright falsehood to keep their followers caged and win more gullible followers to their side. This is not very different from what the same politicians they condemn and aim to replace do. Anyone who believes that the only way to retain loyalty of the people is by lying to them and conjuring all kinds of make-believe to deceive them, shouldn’t be trusted with a leadership position, even by a 100 miles.

Some original IPOB leaders have fallen out with Nnamdi Kanu and accused him of looting funds donated by sympathisers of the group, and Nnamdi Kanu arrogantly dismissed them as sellouts and saboteurs, instead of providing evidence to counter the claims of his accusers. The fugitive is so self-conceited that he doesn’t believe he owes anyone explanation over how he handles public funds left in his care. This is another evidence to show any discerning mind that Nnamdi Kanu and his goons are not better than those they said they want to replace. They may even be worst.

Most IPOB sympathizers and adherents on social media are not different from Talibans. They are extremists who would descend on anyone who tries to question the styles and decisions of their ‘Supreme Leader’. I receive threats everytime I post something that doesn’t go down well with the IPOBians. Threats of death and threats of ostracism. And this gives me more than a clear idea of the kind of society these guys are set to build, if they have the chance.

I am a Biafran, just like every true Igbo man should. But, the Biafra of Nnamdi Kanu will never come to reality and should never come to reality. That is not the Biafra for which Ojukwu depleted his father’s wealth and lost a huge part of his youth fighting for us. That’s not the Biafra for which millions of Igbo youths, children and mothers lost their lives. The Biafra of Nnamdi Kanu is a criminal enterprise with the sole object of under-developing Igboland, pushing our youths to avoidable deaths and disrupting our cultures and religious inclinations.

The ideal Biafra for which our best brains and greatest patriots came together to work for its realization from 1967-1970 is being betrayed by Nnamdi Kanu and his criminal gang of loafers. They are turning our peaceful and prosperous fatherland to a theatre of war and a desert of hunger. Businesses are suffering and investors are taking to their heels, and the truth is that we cannot continue to keep quiet and allow Igboland turn to a ghost land, where nothing works.

The idea of Biafra for which every true Igbo intellectual is ready to invest in has been distorted and hijacked by elements who could rightly be tagged terrorists. Most of them are far away beyond the shores of our land and do not care what happens to their siblings in Igboland. They are wicked, senseless and desperate felons. They are doing nothing to advance the interest of the Igbo, politically, socio-economically or educationally, but they are ready to procure ammunition with which their fellow Igbos are being killed. Yes, more than 70% of soldiers, policemen and other security operatives so far killed are Igbos. They are endangering the lives and businesses of Igbos living in the North by attacking and killing innocent suya sellers in Igbo land, by torching the businesses of Northerners living in the East. By the time, these Northerners retaliate, these wicked felons will only stay behind their internet radios in far away UK to dish out threats.

There can’t be a better way to advance the interest of the Igbo man than through economic revolution. Plough back these wealths used in destroying our lands and use same to build the economy of Igbo land to rival that of any other nation in the world. We could win independence from Nigeria without firing a single bullet, we could build the Biafran Silicon valley in Nnewi or Akokwa without having to exchange bitter words with anyone.

May we, Igbos, never be led to the slaughter table due to our genuine dissatisfaction with the prevailing structures in Nigeria. Every right thinking Igbo must speak up now to denounce the terrorism gradually taking hold in our land.

Nnamdi Kanu may have succeeded in instilling fears into a lot of us, and will even do more by targeting those who manage to speak out against him, for elimination, but we must not fail to understand that we shall all be held accountable should we keep quiet and allow a badly educated manipulator destroy our land.

MAY IGBOLAND PREVAIL!

Boko Haram Shares N20,000 Per Household To Yobe Residents

Boko-Haram

The group had shared N20,000 to well over 50 households as of Tuesday evening.

Militants from the Islamic State-backed faction of Boko Haram, the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), formerly known as Jamā’at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da’wah wa’l-Jihād have begun inducing residents of Geidam, Yobe State, with cash gifts while hoping to get some of them to join its ranks as militants.

According to HumAngle, the group had shared N20,000 to well over 50 households as of Tuesday evening.

The terror group had invaded the local government area on the evening of Friday, April 23, and since held sway over the territory, defying attempts by the Nigerian military to recapture the place.

The insurgents destroyed private and public properties, including telecommunications facilities, but refrained from harming civilians, especially Muslims.

They also hoisted their flag and distributed propaganda leaflets, inviting residents to join their group.

“My people are helpless, you can’t imagine that as a full Nigerian citizen you can be at the mercy of Boko Haram for the past 24 hours and nobody cares to do anything about it,” lamented Lawan Shettima, the federal lawmaker representing the locality, on Saturday, disputing claims that the Nigerian military had dealt a heavy blow to the invaders.

Many residents of the town have fled, including the state capital Damaturu. One of them, Rawana Usman, said the terrorists killed two Christian employees of a non-governmental organisation in his neighbourhood.

“They were going round houses targeting Christians, NGO workers and those that are educated in the western schools,” he said.

“When I heard of the selective killings, I couldn’t resist, I left abruptly. I can say that there were soldiers engaging them. They have been doing their best to push out the terrorists, but I can tell you that these boys were moving normally in the town up to the time I left.”

A 2019 report by the International Crisis Group, a non-profit think tank, observed that ISWAP’s approach to recruiting new fighters proved effective. Despite breaking away from the Abubakar Shekau-led Boko Haram faction in 2016, the population of its fighters had roughly doubled those of the latter according to estimates.

“Although its leadership has been largely ethnic Kanuri, ISWAP has recruited significantly among lacustrine communities, notably the ethnic Buduma, many of whom earn a living from fishing,” the group wrote.

The Institute for Security Studies (ISS) has made similar observations.

“As part of this approach, the ideological aspect of the crisis must be dealt with. The ability of the group to recruit is one of the biggest reasons for its expansion, and so a deeper understanding of its recruitment patterns and operating mechanisms is crucial,” ISS senior researcher Remadji Hoinathy warned in May 2019.

Often ISWAP exploits gaps in governance by trying to prove that it can provide essential services in the areas under its control.

Sad as Abuja side chic allegedly heats oil and pours it on married lover (Video)

April 29, 2021

The video of a said side chic being confronted after she allegedly bathed her married lover with hot oil in Abuja has gone viral online.

As can be seen in the video, the married man is topless, showing the damage done to his skin — he suffered severe burns on the skin on his back, stomach, with some parts peeling already.

Residents around the area can be heard confronting the said side chic, who makes sure to hide her face from the camera.

They can be heard saying this isn’t the first time the young woman has tried to harm her married lover. He reportedly escaped alive the first time before she made another attempt on his life.

In this recent case, the man reportedly called on the side chic to visit, which she did. After they had spent some time together, the man went into the bathroom while the side chic allegedly went into the kitchen to heat up oil.

She waited for him and just as he exited from the bathroom, she bathed him with the hot oil. The side chic reportedly claimed the married man is in the habit of raping her whenever she visits him, hence the attack.
