This is Marcus Otobong from Akwa Ibom state he was killed by IPOB/ESN last night
IPOB/ESN masquerading as Unknown Gunmen ambushed them last night at Portharcourt Road and killed him.
He is from Akwa Ibom state and just returned back from Maiduguri last month from a SPECIAL DUTY.
